Former Nebraska pupils among females suing NCAA for negligence on intimate attack claims LINCOLN — In a lawsuit that is federal Wednesday in Michigan, seven ladies — including four whom went to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln — accused the NCAA of failing continually to protect them on the particular campuses from alleged sexual assaults by male student-athletes.
